What are Backorders?

Back-orders refer to orders that are placed for products that are currently out of stock. When a customer places a back-order, they are essentially reserving the product for future delivery once it becomes available again. Back-orders allow customers to secure their desired items even when they are temporarily unavailable. At Aards Card Ltd we only make back-orders available on products that are readily available with our suppliers, and thus we usually endeavour to dispatch products purchased as 'back-orders' within 4 working days. 

How do Backorders Work?

When a customer places a backorder on our website, they acknowledge that the item may be out of stock. The customer can then proceed with the purchase and payment process as usual. Once the item is back in stock, we will fulfil the backorder and ship the product to the customer, as previously mentioned we endeavour to do so within 4 working days.

As with all orders we reserve the right to cancel any order, when deemed necessary, and at our discretion.
