- General Shipping Prices -
- Orders between £0.01 - £149.99 will incur a shipping fee of £3.45
- Orders of £150 and over will be eligible for free shipping!

- Placing an order: Initially placing an order on our website does not straight away mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any orders prior to order confirmation/ invoicing/ processing payment. Please be aware we will send a confirmation email once we have received your payment and accepted your order, accepting your order is what constitutes your contract with us to fulfil your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason and will do so at the time of fulfilment in cases where a product is deemed not in suitable good condition for sale in which case you will be notified what has happened and will be refunded if an alternative of the same product is not available.
- Order processing time: We aim to process orders within 2 working days from the date/ time which your order was placed. In many cases it may be possible to process and fulfil an order the day it is placed, especially for orders placed before 12am, however, we will endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we maintain that orders will be processed at least within the timeframe stated above except in cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances in which you will be notified of any delays. Please note, orders placed after 12pm (noon, London time zone) will be considered as placed on the following working day. Working days do not include Sundays or bank holidays.
Delivery (when are your orders shipped?): Your orders, as stated above, will be dispatched/ fulfilled once payment has been received/ processed and within 2 working days from when the order has been placed if payment is received by this time. Orders will not be shipped/ dispatched until payment is received/ processed and this will follow from a confirmation of receipt of payment sent via email. Please note, although we believe our shipping providers, Royal Mail, are excellent sometimes parcels do get delays in unprecedented times, therefore we ask you to be aware of this when making your order. We assure you we will work to get you items to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery (how long will my items take to arrive?):
Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked and should arrive with you within 2-4 working days from dispatch. Unfortunately we are unable to provide an untracked economy option as we want to ensure that items are tracked and arrive to you without any problems. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a confirmation including tracking details letting you know when your parcel will arrive. You can also Track your order on our Track Your Order Page. For this reason we ask you to ensure you will be there to receive your parcel or if not rearrange the delivery with our shipping providers, Royal Mail, using the tracking details provided, arranging an alternative delivery date. Because our orders are tracked you can feel safer knowing that you can ensure your order will arrive at a time when you are able to receive it and that parcels will be accounted for via GPS.
Delivery Terms and Conditions: We always aim to dispatch your orders to you as quickly as possible and in the packaging best suited to keeping your order safe in transit. We provide tracked delivery, and we will work with our shipping partners Royal Mail to look into any delayed or misrouted parcels and work with yourself and The Royal Mail to find a solution. Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked and they will take all the necessary steps to ensure your parcel reaches its destination and can be tracked in the process. Royal Mail 48 Tracked also will offer a tracked confirmation of delivery. Please keep an eye on the tracking details provided upon receipt of your payment/ on the date your order is dispatched, we take the Royal Mail's tracked receipt on delivery to constitute receiving of the parcel and kindly ask you to be there to receive your parcel in the time provided by the Royal Mail tracking service. In the case you need to go out or can't be there to receive your order, please contact the Royal Mail prior to the tracked delivery time to rearrange a more suitable time for your delivery.
Courier/ Shipping Provider Details:
Currently we are offering postage through the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service and as stated above items dispatched via this service should arrive within 2-4 days.
Local Pickup/ Collection:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a collection option through our website at the moment.
Returns, Changes & Cancellations:
