This policy is applicable to orders placed in the United Kingdom.

Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your request has been accepted and you receive a packing slip from us then you will have 7 days to return the goods to us before the packaging slip will expire and another return request would have to be requested.
Condition of Returns
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Ensure that goods are packaged safely. We cannot process refunds for items that return damaged or in worse condition than when they were dispatched.
Damaged Items
- Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order upon reception and notify both the courier and us if there are any issues.
- Transit Damage: If items are damaged in transit, we will work with our shipping providers to investigate. Damage in transit will not impact the refund if it is discovered that the damage occurred prior to receipt of your items.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at contact@aardscards.co.uk. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Address: Send returns to 21A Ipswich Road, NR2 2LN.
- Return Shipping Label: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Timeframe for Return: Once your request has been accepted and you receive a packing slip from us then you will have 7 days to return the goods to us before the packaging slip will expire and another return request would have to be requested.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or last-chance items when stated. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Personalised Items
Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us if you have any issues with such items.
Condition Verification
- Inspection Upon Return: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Packaging: Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
- Coverage: We cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For other reasons, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Customer Rights
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides you with the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if your goods are faulty or not as described.
