Processing Time: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@aardscards.co.uk.

Condition of Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if the returned items are in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Diminished Value of Goods

Consumer Handling: If the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect this diminished value. This assessment will be made based on the condition of the returned items upon inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

Coverage: We cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For other reasons, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Items

Transit Damage: If items are damaged in transit, we will work with our shipping providers to investigate. Damage in transit will not impact the refund if it is discovered that the damage occurred prior to receipt of your items.

Handling Fees

We do not charge any handling or restocking fees for returns.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds on the following items:

Sale items or last-chance items (when stated)

Personalised or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged upon receipt)

Perishable goods
